1. Who we are
The Shakti Awaken is operated by Sunita ("we", "us", "our"), providing 1:1 coaching, group programs and workshops — including the Kalp Taru Movement's student-development programs — to individuals, educational institutions and organisations. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
2. Information we collect
- Name, institution/organisation, role, city, phone number and email address, when you submit the booking or contact forms
- Payment information processed when you pay a booking fee — we do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves; this is handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay
- Any notes or messages you choose to share with us
- Basic technical information (such as browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider
3. How we use your information
- To respond to booking requests and enquiries
- To confirm calls, sessions or workshops via WhatsApp and email
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable
- To improve our services and communications
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process booking fees securely
- WhatsApp / Meta, to send you booking confirmations, if you choose to contact us that way
- Any party required by law, or to protect our legal rights
5. Data retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing theshaktiawakens@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies, primarily for loading fonts and, where enabled, for the Razorpay checkout to function securely. We do not use cookies for advertising.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
