1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or booking a call, session, workshop, program or any other service through The Shakti Awaken, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of our services

The Shakti Awaken provides 1:1 coaching, group programs, workshops and retreats for individuals, and — through the Kalp Taru Movement — student-development programs for educational institutions. Our services are for educational and personal-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or mental-health treatment, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you or a participant is experiencing a mental-health crisis, please seek qualified professional support immediately.

3. Bookings and payments

  • A booking fee is required to reserve a call slot with Sunita, payable securely through Razorpay
  • Program, workshop and retreat pricing is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how rescheduling and refunds are handled.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking or contacting us
  • Use this website and our services lawfully and respectfully
  • Institutions are responsible for obtaining any internal approvals needed to book our services

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Kalp Taru Framework, text, graphics and materials shared during sessions — belongs to The Shakti Awaken / Sunita and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Shakti Awaken is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
