Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking fee (₹499 discovery call)

• The booking fee reserves a dedicated time slot on Sunita's calendar
• If you go on to book a workshop or program, this fee is fully adjusted against that program's cost
• Rescheduling: free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled call
• Cancelling more than 24 hours before the call: full refund, processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• Cancelling within 24 hours, or not showing up: the booking fee is non-refundable, but you may request one free reschedule

2. Institutional workshops, programs, seminars, retreats and collaborations

Because these engagements are custom-scoped to each institution, refund and cancellation terms for them are agreed in writing (email or contract) at the time of booking. In general:

• Deposits paid to confirm a date are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled engagement, unless otherwise agreed
• Rescheduling a confirmed engagement is possible with reasonable notice, subject to Sunita's availability
• Force majeure events (illness, natural disasters, institutional closures, etc.) are handled case-by-case, with rescheduling offered wherever possible

3. How to request a refund or reschedule

Email theshaktiawakens@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, booking details and the payment ID from your Razorpay confirmation.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method, subject to your bank or card issuer's own processing times.
