A certificate of honour and appreciation for work in women's empowerment, confidence-building and the transformation of girls and women.
Why does potential stay unused?
You have the qualifications. The plans. The good intentions. But when pressure, comparison or self-doubt shows up, the same overwhelm and procrastination return — whether you're a student, a working professional, or simply someone ready for a shift.
Real change isn't about one more dose of motivation. It's about the inner systems — emotional fitness, clarity, habits — behind sustainable performance.
That is the work of The Shakti Awaken.
Life Coach and Transformation Facilitator
Founder, Kalp Taru Movement
Students aren't lacking potential. They're lacking the inner systems — the emotional fitness, clarity and habits — that turn potential into performance.
Think of it as building the operating system behind academic and professional success.
Every session is built around a real capability gap — not a stock keynote recycled for every audience.
Students leave with a system, not a slogan — something they can practise, not just remember.
One person or an entire institution — the same rigor, the same follow-through, matched to your world.
Awareness → understanding → planning → behaviour → accountability → sustainable change.
Four quiet steps, from first conversation to lasting change.
A short conversation about what you — or the people you lead — are actually facing.
1:1 coaching, a group program, or an institutional workshop — matched to your need and the time you have.
Experiential sessions, not one-way lectures. You do the thinking — we guide it.
You leave with habits and accountability, not just the memory of a good conversation.
A room decides together. Then each person goes home and has to decide again, alone — that second decision is the one we build for.
Originally built for institutions, now guiding anyone ready to move from confusion to sustainable performance — eight stages, one framework.
Building the capacity to hold pressure without shutting down.
Understanding one's own patterns, strengths and triggers.
Moving from noise to a clear sense of what actually matters.
Turning a vague ambition into a structured, workable goal.
Practical systems for focus, in a world built to distract.
Habits that hold up after the workshop ends.
Structures that make follow-through the default, not the exception.
Potential, finally converted into consistent, purposeful action.
The Shakti Awaken exists for one purpose: to help people build the inner capabilities, clarity and systems they need to turn potential into purposeful performance.
Every session. Every program.
Every conversation — built around you.
There are moments when you know exactly what to do — but your emotions are louder than your knowledge. The Shakti Awaken was built for those moments: to build that capacity in advance, for individuals and institutions alike, not just respond to it after a crisis.
Shaped by what we see in real classrooms, not a fixed script.
Whether you're one person or an entire institution, here's how the Kalp Taru framework meets you where you are.
Individual sessions for anyone ready for change — students, working professionals, parents, or someone navigating a life transition.
A small-group container for shared growth, honest conversation and accountability, open to men and women alike.
Experiential sessions for student groups, built around one specific need — emotional fitness, goal setting, focus or accountability.
Emotional fitness and performance sessions for professionals and teams, adapted for a workplace setting.
Deeper experiences that create space for reflection, self-discovery and meaningful behavioural change.

I'm Sunita — Life Coach, Transformation Facilitator, and Founder of the Kalp Taru Movement. I work with individuals — students, working professionals, parents, anyone ready for a shift — and with schools, colleges and organisations, to build the human-performance capabilities behind lasting success: emotional fitness, self-awareness, clarity, goal setting, productivity, focus, behavioral habits and accountability.
My work isn't about a single inspiring hour. It's about helping people move from knowing what they want to actually building the systems required to achieve it — from potential to purposeful performance.
"Potential → Pathway → Performance."
Three organisations working in women's empowerment, education and social welfare have recognised Sunita's coaching and community work.
Sukanya Welfare Foundation · Gaya, Bihar
A certificate of honour and appreciation for work in women's empowerment, confidence-building and the transformation of girls and women.
The SHIELD · New Delhi
Presented in honour and appreciation of her work as a life coach, NLP practitioner and social worker.
Welfare Association of NGOs in India
Recognition of her contribution as a life coach working alongside the NGO sector across India.
Recognition is a by-product. The measure that matters is whether someone is still using the system three months after the session ends.

Students, working professionals, parents, and anyone navigating a transition — plus schools, colleges and organisations that want to build these capabilities across a group. If you can name the gap between what you know and what you do, this is for you.
No. Coaching works forward — building emotional fitness, clarity, habits and accountability so you can perform under pressure. It isn't a treatment for a clinical condition. If something comes up that needs a mental health professional, Sunita will say so directly.
Both. One-to-one coaching and group circles run online, so distance isn't a barrier. Workshops, retreats and institutional programs are usually held in person, and Sunita travels for them across India.
It depends on the format. A workshop can be a half-day or full-day. One-to-one coaching runs over several weeks, because habits and accountability need time to hold. We'll settle the right length on the first call, once the goal is clear.
A short, honest conversation about what you or your people are actually facing, and which format fits. There's no course to buy and no pressure — if something else would serve you better, Sunita will tell you.
Fees depend on the format, the group size and how long the engagement runs, so they're shared on the first call once we know what you need. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay.
Book the same short call. The Kalp Taru framework was originally built for institutions, so programs are shaped around your students or teams — the specific gaps, the time you have, and what you want to be different afterwards.

One quiet decision today, and a conversation about what you — or the people you lead — need is a call away.
